Getting started
Create an account via Register or sign in with email and password, Discord, or Roblox from Log in. New accounts receive credits for chat, images, and 3D-related features.
Guests can browse Home, Pricing, this Docs page, Changelog, Privacy, and Terms. Chat (including Image Studio tools) and full Settings require an account.
Use the sidebar for navigation when you are logged in. Your token balance and plan summary appear in the sidebar when applicable.
Features
Chat
In Chat you can talk to the AI, attach images or 3D-related inputs, and use optional capabilities (depending on site configuration):
- Thinking – Lets the model spend more reasoning effort on harder tasks (typically uses more credits).
- Web search – The AI can run a web search and use fresher information in its reply when this is enabled.
- 3D – Describe or upload content to work with 3D-style generation in the chat flow (unified with Chat; legacy “Text/Image to 3D” routes redirect here).
Choose a provider or mode (e.g. Auto or a specific model) in the chat UI. If you use a local stack such as Ollama, ensure it is running (e.g. ollama serve). If it is unreachable, the app may fall back to a cloud provider when one is configured for the site.
Defaults from Settings
In Settings → Chat you can set defaults for web search, thinking, and 3D options so new conversations start the way you prefer. Other options include tooltips, quick tips, and (where available) default models.
Tokens and pricing
Messages and generations consume credits. The sidebar shows your balance. Costs can vary by feature (e.g. thinking, web search, 3D). Buy more credits or view plans on Pricing.
Subscribers may receive plan benefits or discounts; see Settings → Billing for your current plan, credit activity, and links to checkout when Stripe billing is enabled.
Image Studio
Image generation and edits run from Image Studio (examples and tool forms) or from Chat → + menu → Image Studio (same tools in the composer). Usage is deducted from your token balance when you are logged in.
Account
Settings overview
Settings is organized into sections (availability may depend on your account and site configuration):
- General – Profile, preferences, and UI options.
- Chat – Default chat behaviour and model-related preferences.
- Security – Password, two-factor authentication (2FA) with an authenticator app, passkeys, and linking or disconnecting Discord / Roblox. If 2FA is required for your account, you may be asked for a second step after OAuth sign-in.
- Merge accounts – Request merging duplicate accounts when supported (see on-page instructions).
- Billing – Plan, balance summary, and recent credit transactions where billing is active.
- Support – In-app support tools where enabled.
- Achievements – Progress and milestones tied to your account.
- Company, API, Legal – Additional options when configured.
Developers
Discord bot (DBM) bridge
If you use Discord Bot Maker with the NT AI Bridge extension, configure the URL /api/discord/ask (example: https://ai.newstargeted.com/api/discord/ask on this host).
Create a token under Settings → API and paste it into the extension field. Values starting with ntai_ are sent as Authorization: Bearer. Replies use your credits and the same limits as the rest of the API.
In the NT AI Bridge MOD action you can choose whether the command may run from slash only, prefix only, or both (default). For slash, you can set replies to public or ephemeral; defer (Slash Command Defer extension) uses the same visibility setting.
You can also set a model override in the extension or action. Use auto (default) for fastest available route, or force a model with provider:model (example openai:gpt-4o-mini). The API endpoint also accepts optional JSON fields model and provider.
